<p>To, čo nás podľa vlaňajších vyjadrení vládnych predstaviteľov malo obísť oblúkom, je tu&#8230; A Slovensko, tak ako väčšina štátov sveta pocítila periódu kapitalizmu zvanú kríza. Firmy a podnikatelia začali, nejdeme zatiaľ polemizovať  či zle alebo dobre, prijímať opatrenia, ktoré by mali spoločnostiam zabezpečiť prežitie obdobia nepriaznivej ekonomickej a hospodárskej situácie.</p>
<p>Opäť je otázne, do akej miery sa to jednotlivých podnikateľov dotklo, rukolapný argument, že je „kríza“ dáva zamestnávateľom možnosť použiť aj nástroje, ktoré nie sú v danom okamihu najideálnejšie a dokonca môžu byť aj kontraproduktívne. Žiaľ, ten, kto na to väčšinou doplatí, je zákazník.</p>
<p>Prejdime teda k nejakej praktickej situácii, kedy práve marketing a najmä marketing zo strany zákazníka je oblasť, na ktorej sa začína šetriť.</p>
<p>Mnoho ľudí, a najmä zo štátnej správy, si plne neuvedomuje, že okrem marketingu externého, máme aj tzv. marketing interný. Keďže interný marketing je pre mnohých pojem neznámy, priblížme si ho v krátkosti.</p>
<p>Interný marketing je považovaný za akúsi filozofiu, ktorá chápe zamestnancov ako zákazníkov. Dôležitým prvkom interného marketingu je komunikácia zo zamestnancami a medzi zamestnancami. Spoločnosti by teda mali uspokojovať potreby interných zákazníkov, aby to malo v konečnom dôsledku na zákazníkov externých.</p>
<p>Uveďme si príklad. Procesne riadená výrobná spoločnosť (nábytkáreň) má od nákupu surovín až po finalizáciu výrobku a predaj niekoľko principiálnych momentov. Samotná surovina od dopravy do firmy až po konečný predaj zákazníkovi prechádza mnohými „rukami“ a každý v tomto reťazci vykonáva istú časť práce. Všetkým by malo ísť v konečnom dôsledku o spokojného zákazníka, čo väčšina spoločností vo svojich víziách proklamuje. Ak urobí niekto v celom procese chybu, nasledujúci pracovník, ako interný zákazník, získa nekvalitný produkt. Ten môže vedome „prehliadnuť“ chybu, urobiť si svoju prácu a posunúť polotovar ďalej. Samozrejme, pocítia to nielen ďalší kolegovia pri finalizácii výrobku, ale najmä koncový zákazník, ktorý bude výrobok reklamovať a zisk spoločnosti sa teda zníži o náklady na reklamačné konanie.</p>
<p>Tento príklad je však len jedným, ktorý môže priblížiť chápanie interného marketingu ako dôležitej súčasti biznisu. Vráťme sa ale ku kríze a k samotnému rozhodnutiu šetriť. Kumulovanie funkcií a redukcia pracovníkov sa objavuje v rebríčku opatrení veľmi často. Pokiaľ ale v reťazci vypadne človek, ktorý bol na svoju pozíciu, predpokladajme, že efektívne, prijatý a kumulácia jeho práce s inou nemusí mať výsledný efekt úsporu financií. Človek, ktorý preberie daný úkon nemusí byť v danej oblasti zručný, nemusí mať skúsenosti a napriek tomu, že mnoho vecí sa dá naučiť, náklady do úplného zapracovania sú nutné.<br />
Pokiaľ to zhrnieme, rozhodnutie zredukovať pracovníkov môže mať napríklad aj efekt zvýšenia chybovosti, alebo predĺženie času dodávky tovaru na základe zácviku, čo nakoniec pocíti zákazník. Nie neobvyklým prípadom je aj nákup lacnejších vstupných komponentov, čo takisto, pri reklamačných konaniach nemusí byť práve výhra.</p>
<p>Konečný cieľ každého podnikateľa, spokojný zákazník, je ako vidieť väčšinou o ľuďoch. Konečný tovar ešte ani neopustil bránu závodu, a my už zisťujeme, že pred konečným zákazníkom je ešte mnoho aktivít a činností, ktoré je potrebné zvládnuť. A to nielen v čase krízy, ale aj v štandardnom podnikateľskom prostredí.</p>
<p>Aby sme však nepísali len o komerčnej sfére, interný marketing funguje aj v školstve. Pokiaľ je jeden učiteľ „menej výkonný“, je možné že nedokáže podať celú látku. Systém v školstve na seba logicky nadväzuje, čo má za následok, že učiteľ v ďalšom ročníku začína mať problém. Alebo pokračuje ďalej , žiak nechápe súvislosti a uniká zmysel vzdelávacieho systému ako takého, alebo sa vráti k chýbajúcej látke, čím však trpia ostatní žiaci, ktorí mohli napredovať. Štát tak nakupuje menej kvalitnú službu pre spotrebiteľa, ktorým je žiak.</p>
<p>Externý marketing už je oveľa známejší pojem ako marketing interný, no takisto je mnohokrát chápaný zmätočne, alebo je ako nástroj používaný neefektívne.  Bez glorifikácie ho môžeme považovať „umenie“, ktoré si môžeme priblížiť niekedy nabudúce resp. <a href="http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=137433852506&amp;index=1">na kurzoch spoločnosti INSIGHT</a>.</p>
